How refunds work for AI-SocialLink subscriptions sold by BlackBody LLC. Last updated October 22, 2026.
14-day refunds
You can ask for a full refund of any payment for an AI-SocialLink plan within 14 days of the payment date, for any reason. This includes your first purchase and renewals.
How to ask
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Within the 14 days, email info@blackbody.llc with the date and amount of the payment, or contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt or at paddle.net. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. After the 14 days we review refund requests case by case, and any charge made in error is corrected and refunded.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live. The same policy is published at ai-sociallink.com/refund.
