These terms apply when you buy or use software sold by BlackBody LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Filing ID 2026-002096894). Last updated October 22, 2026.
What we sell
BlackBody LLC sells subscriptions to AI-SocialLink, a web workspace for preparing, scheduling and publishing videos to TikTok accounts you are authorized to manage, and for following each post’s status and performance. Plans and prices are listed at ai-sociallink.com/pricing. AI-SocialLink does not generate content for you and does not sell followers, engagement or promotion.
Orders and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle processes payments, issues receipts, and collects applicable sales tax or VAT. You see the price and payment terms before you pay.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly in US dollars and renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@blackbody.llc or through Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Any payment can be refunded in full within 14 days of the payment date, for any reason. See our Refund Policy.
Using AI-SocialLink
Use of AI-SocialLink is also governed by its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which set out your responsibilities for the content you publish, compliance with each platform’s rules, acceptable use, and how we handle data. You must be at least 18 and authorized to manage every account you connect.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided without a guarantee that it will be error-free or always available, and BlackBody LLC’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
